Finally, after a long wait, Google Launched the Beta Version of Andriod 11 on 10th June for every Pixel/ One Plus 8 user for testing purposes. With Google, I/O 2020 getting canceled in May & fearing users’ backlash Google decided to release the beta version on this 10th to avoid an early release. All 4 Developer previews gave users an idea of what exactly is going to be launched now. Beta Launch makes it quite clear what’s on the user’s plate with the next update. There are few more updates to the beta update which are expected to come in the coming months with the Final Android 11 launch probably in September Meanwhile, Let’s check the top 5 Things about the Andriod 11. 

One time Permissions: 

As suggested in the developer’s preview, Andriod 11 has perfected the permissions by adding the option of “Only this time”. With this feature coming into play users would be able to allow temporary/one-time access for things like camera, location to the apps requiring permissions. This feature was already part of iOS but now android adding this is a great boon for users.

Built-In Screen Recorder: 

Users were waiting for an inbuilt Screen recorder from few years /Android Releases. Now, Developers Preview 2 almost made it certain, this year Android would finally have the screen recorder. Andriod 11 beta has now made it certain that users would be able to record their screens with a great UI.

Ready For 5G: 

With 5G Ready to take over the coming years, Android 11 allows users a great user experience with 5G networks by making changes in Android 10 functions. Android 11 uses a Dynamic Meterdness API to check if an unlimited 5g Connection is available to enjoy high-resolution videos & graphics. This part of the Android 11 is quite important for Google Team according to the sources. 

Bubbles:

Developers’ preview showed a great emphasis on Chat bubbles. Now with the Android 11 Beta version, it’s clear that the chat bubbles would be a part of the final version. Chat bubbles would keep ongoing chats in a convenient container that users can click to access from anywhere & anytime on the user’s phone. 

Dedicated Conversation notifications

This feature is turning out to be quite exciting for users as the users would be able to see messages from any chat application ( inbuilt or third party apps) in their own section at the top of notifications. Also, there would be options where the user would be able to take actions like open in a bubble, creating shortcuts, etc.
